Walking distance to the Lake Estes walking path, and Fish Creek walking path makes this property perfect for those that want to stroll and take in scenery.

As you step inside the condo, the living area features a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings spent snuggled up with a book or enjoying the company of loved ones. The open concept living area opens to a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Enjoy preparing meals while chatting with your guests. The condo has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed. The main floor bedroom has direct access to the main floor bathroom, with jetted tub/shower combo. This bathroom has hall access for guests. The upstairs bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

• Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack or 4 K-cups depending on the property. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
• Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
